Here's How the Winter Clean Up Works:
- For 8 weeks, starting Monday, January 9th, we'll eat squeaky clean. This means we'll enjoy natures plenty, eating tons of vegetables, lean sources of protein, fruit, healthy fats, legumes and whole grains. Don't worry - you don't have to eat any foods you don't like.
- Each participant will go through orientation, including a nutrition seminar during the week of January 9th. Before stats (measurements, etc.) will be done on Saturday, January 7th and January 9th. You can schedule a different time if you're unavailable on those days.
- Each participant will be required to keep a
daily food and workout log. Only through tracking can you
know what your habits really are, and only with this knowledge can you make
permanent change.
- At the end of the Challenge you'll have 3 days to turn in your after stats and Clean Up Essays. Prizes will be awarded for best
body composition (fat lost, weight lost, inches lost) and
best success story.Winners will be announced on on Saturday, March 10th.
- The program is only $37
for current Performance Fitness clients, boot campers and class participants. All others can
